Terms of use

Effective 7 August 2026. These terms govern use of momentumxconsulting.com and of the insight, articles and workbooks published on it.

1. Ownership

The site and its contents are owned by MomentumX Consulting Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202627570D), 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422, except where material is attributed to a third party. Copyright in the text, structure, analysis and downloadable material is reserved.

2. What may be done without asking

• Reading, printing and circulating the material internally within an organisation.
• Quoting a short extract in a report, article, post or presentation, provided MomentumX Consulting is named as the source and, where the medium allows, a link to the original page is given.
• Linking to any page on this site.
• Completing the Spend Exposure Index™ workbook and retaining the result.

3. What requires written permission

• Reproducing an article in whole or in substantial part, in any medium.
• Including the material in a product, service or publication offered for sale, or placing it behind a paywall or registration wall operated by another party.
• Redistributing the Spend Exposure Index workbook, or issuing it under another name or brand.
• Removing, altering or obscuring attribution, copyright notices or trade mark symbols.
• Using the material, in whole or in part, to train, fine-tune or evaluate a machine-learning model, or extracting it by automated means for that purpose.

Permission for any of the above can be requested at [email protected] and is not unreasonably withheld.

4. Trade marks

Ltd. Third-party names and marks appearing on this site are used only to identify the companies, products and services they belong to, and their owners retain all rights in them.

5. Third-party material

Figures, forecasts and survey findings attributed to named organisations remain the property of those organisations and are reproduced here as cited factual references. Anyone intending to rely on such a figure should consult the original source, which is named in each article.

6. The material is commentary, not advice

Articles and workbooks on this site are general commentary on procurement and cost. They are prepared without knowledge of any particular organisation's contracts, circumstances or objectives, and they do not constitute professional, legal, accounting or investment advice. No advisory or client relationship arises from reading the material, completing a workbook, or submitting a form. Decisions taken on the basis of the material are the reader's own.

Illustrative cases are identified as such in the text. They are constructed from combinations that occur in the market and do not describe any identifiable organisation.

7. No warranty

The material is provided as it stands. While figures are checked against their primary sources at the time of writing, third-party data may be revised, and market conditions change. 8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. The effective date above shows when the current version took effect.
