Effective 7 August 2026. This notice explains how MomentumX Consulting Pte. Ltd. collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data, in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
MomentumX Consulting Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202627570D), 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422. Questions, requests and complaints about personal data should go to the Data Protection Officer at [email protected] or +65 8608 7697.
The site uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party scripts of any kind. Nothing is stored on a visitor's device, and browsing the site is not recorded against any individual. Personal data reaches MomentumX only when a form is submitted deliberately.

Personal data is collected only when a form is submitted, which is taken as consent for the purpose stated beside that form. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by emailing [email protected], and every issue of The Brief carries an unsubscribe link. Withdrawal takes effect within ten working days. It does not affect anything done before withdrawal.
Personal data is not sold, rented or shared for anyone else's marketing. It is handled by three service providers acting on MomentumX's behalf:
Because these providers operate outside Singapore, personal data may be transferred overseas. MomentumX relies on each provider's contractual data-protection commitments to secure a standard of protection comparable to that required under the Personal Data Protection Act. Personal data may also be disclosed where the law requires it.
Enquiry correspondence is retained while the enquiry is live and for as long as the business relationship or a reasonable prospect of one continues. The Brief mailing list is retained until consent is withdrawn. Personal data no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for, or for a legal or business record, is deleted.
Anyone may ask what personal data MomentumX holds about them, how it has been used or disclosed in the past year, and may ask for it to be corrected. Requests go to the Data Protection Officer at the address above and are answered within thirty days. Where a request cannot be met within that period, notice will be given of when it will be.
Personal data is held in the business email account and the systems named above, protected by two-factor authentication and access limited to MomentumX. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed entirely secure, and forms should not be used to send commercially sensitive or confidential material. Where confidential information needs to be exchanged, a non-disclosure agreement and a secure channel are arranged first.
The site is aimed at business readers and personal data is not knowingly collected from anyone under 18.
